CREATING or CHANGING A MOZILLA THUNDERBIRD EMAIL ACCOUNT - POP3
Step 1
- Open Thunderbird
- If the screen shown below pops up, SKIP

Step 2
- Add Your Name, Email address and assword
- Continue

Step 3
- The system will try and receover the server names, wait for it to finish and
- Click Manual Config

Step 4
- It may fail to find the server settings
- These can be added manually

Step 5
Type your details:
- Select Incoming: POP3 (not IMAP)
- Server hostname: pop3.webhost.co.nz
- Port: 110
- SSL: STARTTLS (can add anything is re-test done it will be corrected)
- Authentication: Normal Password
- Outgoing SMTP: smtp.webhost.co.nz
- Port: 465
- SSL: SSL/TLS
- Password: Encrypted password (can add normal password, will be corrected with retest)
- Username: Full email address
- Click Re-test (field will be adjusted as above)
- Done (for Advanced settings see step 6)

Step 6 - Advanced Settings
- Click Advanced settings.
- Server Settings options allows same setup as above, but also how long messages should be kept on Webbuilder mail servers
Step 7- Advanced Settings
- Outgoing Server (SMTP) - this shows previously setup details that can be edited
