CHANGING AN EXISTING OUTLOOK EXPRESS EMAIL ACCOUNT
Step 1
- Open your Outlook Express
- Click Tools -> Accounts

Step 2
- Select the Mail tab
- Select the account you wish to change (if you have more than one email account)
- Select Properties >

Step 3
- Select General tab
Check / change the details displayed :
- Mail Account: change to pop.yourdomain.co.nz or whatever you want to call it
- Name & Organisation as appropriate
- E-mail address: e.g. joe@abc.co.nz
- Reply address: if left blank it will default to email address or type address for replies to be sent to.
- Tick Include this account when receiving mail or synchronizing
- Select Servers tab

Step 4
- Change Incomming mail (POP3): pop.yourdomain.co.nz (e.g. pop.abc.co.nz)
- Outgoing mail (SMTP): Leave as per your current ISP (e.g. smtp.xtra.co.nz)
- Account Name: your account/user namename (this is the username provided by Webbuilder)
- Password: your new password (this is provided by Webbuilder)
- Tick Remember Password
- Ensure all other tick boxes unchecked
- Click OK
