SMTP SETUP - OUTLOOK 2007 or OUTLOOK XP EMAIL ACCOUNTS

This setting is only to be changed if Webbuilder is providing the SMTP service instead of the default ISP.

Step 1

• Open your Outlook 2007 or Outlook XP
• Click Tools -> Account Settings or E-mail Accounts

• Select More Settings...

Step 3

• Select Advanced tab
• Tick "Leave a copy of messages on the server"
• Select number of days (in this example only emails of the last 10 days will remain)

• Click OK
