How to view email Headers

View additional information about who sent an e-mail message and the pathway it followed, by showing the full headers.

MICROSOFT OUTLOOK

• In the message listing (before opening the message), right click on the appropriate message.
• Select "Message Options" in the pop up window.

• Open the e-mail message.
• Select Options from the View menu.

OUTLOOK EXPRESS

• Open the appropriate e-mail message.
• Select Properties from the File menu.
• Click the Details tab. Vview the entire contents of the email as plain text by clicking the Message button.
